When will I receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. After that, your item will be shipped. Depending on your location, shipping times may vary slightly.
Where will my order ship from?
Your order is shipped from Australia.
How are your products made?
All art prints are lovingly designed by me and printed at a fine art print shop in the Netherlands. They use high-quality, 295 g/m² paper made from agricultural waste, so no trees are cut down in the process.
The t-shirts are also designed by me and screen printed by a small business in Portugal. Every product is created with care and intention.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me at saltwater.tones@gmail.com.
My order should be here by now, but I don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch, please try the following:
Double-check your shipping confirmation email for any address mistakes.
Check with your local post office.
Ask your neighbors in case it was left with them.
If everything looks correct and your package still hasn’t arrived, please email me at saltwater.tones@gmail.com with your order number and I’ll help sort it out.
If there was a mistake in the address provided, I can send you a replacement, however, this will be at your cost.
I received the wrong item or something arrived damaged — what now?
I’m really sorry that happened! Please email saltwater.tones@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
A photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
Your order number.
Any other details you think might help.
I’ll get back to you quickly to make it right.
