I want your experience with Saltwater Tones to be smooth and enjoyable. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns.

Processing your order

All art prints are made just for you. They're printed by a small fine art studio in Geelong, Victoria, that creates the most beautiful, high-quality prints to brighten up your space. We produce everything consciously and with care, so things can take a little more time.

Printing usually takes between 3–8 business days. Once I receive your prints, I’ll carefully package them and send them your way. Delivery typically takes another 3–7 business days, depending on where you are.

Shipping Costs

Australia — allow 3 - 7 business days

Standard Shipping (untracked, not insured):

  • Postcards & Stickers: A$ 5

  • Apparel: from A$ 15

  • Art Prints:

    • A4: A$ 10

    • A3: A$ 15

    • A2: A$ 20

International — Allow 15 + business days

Standard Shipping (untracked, not insured):

  • Postcards & Stickers: A$ 10

  • Apparel: A$ 30

  • Art Prints:

    • A4: A$ 20

    • A3: A$ 30

    • A2: A$ 30

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. I recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

I want you to love your new artwork or Shirt. If you receive your order and are not satisfied, I am happy to assist you.

Change of Mind

  • Due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of most items, I cannot accept returns or cancellations for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items (Australian Consumer Law)

  • You are entitled to a remedy if your product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the description.

  • If this occurs, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at saltwater.tones@gmail.com and include:

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the item

    • Your order number

I will arrange a suitable solution, which may include:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

All remedies will be handled in line with Australian Consumer Law.
