By visiting this website and/or purchasing something from my shop, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. These terms may be updated from time to time, and the current version will always be available on this site.
1. General Info
This website is operated by me, the artist behind Saltwater Tones. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products & Services
All products and designs are either handmade, custom-made, or printed on demand. I do my best to describe items accurately and show photos that reflect the product well, but slight variations in colour, size, or finish can occur, especially for handmade or custom pieces.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
3. Shipping & Delivery
I aim to fulfill and ship orders within the timelines mentioned on the product pages. However, delays can sometimes happen, especially due to busy seasons, shipping carriers, or issues outside my control.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
I do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind, as most items are made to order or personalised.
However, under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy (such as a repair, replacement, or refund) if a product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order so I can help resolve it.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage
All artwork, designs, and content on this website are owned by me unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Purchasing a product does not grant you permission to reproduce, resell, or use it commercially.
If you would like to license a design for business or commercial use, please contact me to arrange a licensing agreement. Read more about licensing and usage rights here.
6. Limitation of Liability
I work hard to provide a reliable, user-friendly site, but I cannot guarantee that everything will always be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from using this website, my services, or products, including issues like late delivery, site downtime, or errors on the website.
7. Force Majeure
If something outside my control happens (such as a natural disaster, pandemic, shipping delays, or technical issues), I cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfill my obligations. I will always do my best to keep you informed and find a solution if anything unexpected occurs.
8. Termination
If you violate these terms or act in a way that harms the integrity of the shop or its users, I may suspend or terminate your access to the site and services, without prior notice.
9. Third-Party Tools & Links
Some parts of this site (such as payments, print fulfillment, or tracking) involve third-party tools or services. I am not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of these external providers. Please review their terms and privacy policies separately.
10. User Behavior
You agree to use this site respectfully and not in a way that could harm, disable, or overload it, or interfere with anyone else’s experience. Spamming, hacking, or attempting to misuse the site in any way is not permitted.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
